Processing

Processing times will range between 3-5 business days. During high volume of sales processing times can increase by up to 5 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST start processing the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS! Allow 3-5 BUSINESS* days for processing and 2-5 days for delivery, depending on your location, after your order has been shipped.  Shipping times vary according to the method you choose and the country you are shipping to.    We are not responsible for mis-entered information such as addresses.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Returns

In the rare circumstance that a product arrives not as described or missing, we will send a replacement product. Return inquiries should be made within 48 hours after receiving your package. We cannot accept returns due to circumstances such as allergies, as all ingredients are listed in the product description.

Cancellations.

be within 24 hours. All order cancellations will have a 50% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Refunds

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchanges
